Shipping Policy for Mizemba

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 6pm BST on weekdays, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:  

UK
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1 business day
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2 business days

EU
Standard International – 4–8 business days

Rest of the World
Standard International – 4–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's service availability. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, and in select destinations, the stated delivery times and costs may differ. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please note that customers are liable for any customs duties or taxes due on arrival at the destined country.

Order Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.  

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations due to carrier limitations. If your address falls under these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.  

Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
